Your Issues Stem from Your Programming—Not Your True Self
Have you ever wondered why certain issues seem to persist in your life, such as anxiety and depression? no matter what you do? The answer lies in your programming. From the moment you’re born, you’re constantly absorbing and internalizing programs that shape your thoughts, behaviors, and reactions—programs that follow you from cradle to grave.
We all run on these programs. They dictate how we sleep, eat, learn, and even how we cope with stress and manage our emotions. They keep us safe from danger and even feed the ego (A Program!), convincing us that these patterns define who we are.
But here’s the thing—programs are only helpful when we recognize them for what they are: tools, not our true selves. Take anxiety, for example. If you see yourself as “an anxious person,” you’re likely identifying with a program that was originally designed to protect you. Maybe it began as a response to keep you cautious around busy roads—a necessary instinct to prevent accidents. But over time, that anxiety can extend far beyond its original purpose, affecting how you feel even when you’re simply sitting in a car or walking near traffic.
This is how addictive and deeply ingrained these programs can become. The good news? You’re not powerless against them. By stepping back and observing these patterns, you can understand that they are not you. They are just responses you’ve picked up along the way, and with the right guidance, you can reprogram them.
I’ve realized that I can help others break free from these addictive programs by guiding them to step aside and observe what’s truly happening in their lives. By recognizing that you are not your programs, you can begin to reclaim control over your thoughts and actions.
If you’re ready to discover the true self that lies beyond your programming, I’m here to help.
