Therapy Consultations and Fees

Each consultation lasts for approximately 50 minutes and the fee per session is dependant on the service , package or program chosen.

For home visits, an additional travelling fee is charged depending on location. Please contact at info@thestreetholistics.com for further additional costs.

A free, brief initial consultation (IC) lasting approximately 15 minutes can be given for those prior to booking a paid consultation. No therapy is given during that session. This is usually done by video call.

A formal receipt for payment is available on request.

Written treatment reports

A request for a written report of the treatment given during a course of therapy can be given on completion. There is an additional cost for this service. Please contact at info@thestreetholistics.com for further details. The report does not in any way replace a report given by a general practitioner.

Consultation fee changes

The consultation fees are subject to reviews usually on an annual basis from 1st January. Notice will always be given of any price increases when you are in a course of therapy.

Medical Conditions

A medical questionnaire is conducted at the start of the 1st consultation to establish any contra-indications to treatment. It is also used to assess whether your health is affecting (or being affected by) the therapeutic goals you wish to achieve. Please full information of any medical changes during your course of therapy, or if you are returning to therapy after a period of absence.

Payment

All services are provided on provision of full payment. For the SMA’AT plan services, payment is via Direct debit mandate only.

The SMA’AT Plan, Bio-SMA’AT, BIO-ULTRA, BIO-FAMILY contracts are fixed for 12 months. Payment is automatically deducted monthly at a time scheduled by you. To cancel, you must provide at least 10 business days’ notice before the next payment date. Failure to do so will result in payment fees being charged without refund.

Cancellation charges:

Period Treatment Provided (Y/N) Charges
<14 days N £25
<14 days Y £120
        >14 days N All DD charges until/incl. month of cancellation
        >14 days Y £450

In the event that a cancellation of the direct debit is made and treatment has begun, the full price of the treatment regime will still need to be completed in full.

Cancellation

If you wish to change, postpone or cancel an appointment, 24 hours notice must be given, or the cost of the full session or a minimum charge of £40 is payable. Please contact info@thestreetholistics.com to make your cancellation. This minimum period of cancellation enables the opportunity to offer the cancelled session to another client.

If you wish to discontinue your course of therapy, you do not have to give a reason. There can be external circumstances that make attendance difficult, but it is helpful if you can discuss these changes so that when you wish to resume therapy, these changes can be taken into account.

Following your last appointment, your rights of confidentiality are permanent. Client records are destroyed after 8 years.
